Title; The title for the game expo will be called The Ghastly Game Expo because it already gives an idea of what the event is going to be like considering the theme is horror.
Abstract; The point of the report is to plan and evaluate the expo and to find a way to execute the plan successfully. The expo will be held in room 101 on the first floor because that is where all the computers are meaning there won’t be a point in moving any of them from one room to another. The planning of who will be doing what, the job roles etc… another part of the plan will be who will be doing the decor of the room and the planning of where the decor will be placed. How we will advertise around Plymouth to convince people to attend.
Contents; The contents will consist of what the expo will include and the elements of the expo plan.

Introduction; The expo will be held on the first floor, signs will guide the people to where they need to go, there will be elements of horror for the people who like scary games, for the people who don’t they can play on the games consoles provided. The room will include all of Rocket Molluscs staff and will be giving presentations of their games for people and then giving them the opportunity to test and play their games. There will be food and drinks provided along with a ouija board for entertainment as well as a crystal ball/fortune teller.
Methodology; We developed these ideas as a class by coming up with our own ideas and seeing what everyone else thought of them, some of the ideas were then changed to suite the atmosphere of the expo and to get more people to come to the convention.
As a class we have come up with ways of advertising and how we are going to get people to sponsor us to then fund our project. We can plant posters around Plymouth and near game stores to attract people to come, we could also get companies like Game and CEX to sponsor us for the expo, we have also found a ghost tour place in Plymouth that could sponsor us to come in and advertise their ghost tours.
The lighting for the expo will be dim yet lit where the stands for the games will be to give the expo that spooky vibe.
The visual interactions for the expo will be things like, the ouija board, the crystal ball and surveys to fill out after playing each game
